Dala Solenergi is a local roof and solar energy company with headquarters in Borlänge. We have over 12 years of experience, more than 1,000 completed installations, and work with everything from individual villas to housing associations and commercial properties. We offer complete solutions for roof replacements, roof renovations, solar panels, and batteries.

We are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help our customers find the right solution for their roof.

Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you are the customer's first contact and a key person in the deal. About half of your working time, you are out on customer visits, at private homes, housing associations, or companies. You assess the condition of the roof, identify needs, and present solutions. The rest of the time, you work at the office with quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication.

You work closely with our subcontractors to ensure that each project runs smoothly, from the signed deal to the finished roof.

The work includes:

  • Home visits and inspections for private individuals, housing associations, and companies
  • Needs analysis and advice on roof replacement and renovation
  • Preparation of quotations and pricing levels tailored to the project
  • Follow-up of leads in our CRM system
  • Ongoing customer dialogue until the deal is closed
  • We are looking for someone who: Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys meeting customers face-to-face. You are organized, self-driven, and motivated by clear goals. No previous experience in the roofing industry is required – we will train you. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a desire to develop.

You:

  • Have a driving license (B class) and enjoy mobile work
  • Master Swedish in speech and writing
  • Are motivated by results and commission
  • Have a high work ethic and like to take personal responsibility
  • Are curious about construction, crafts, and energy solutions
