You will take great personal responsibility to ensure our internal engine runs smoothly, and that your colleagues have the best conditions to succeed.
Your days will be filled with, among other things:
- Varied administration: You handle order flows, system updates, and solve the administrative puzzles that arise along the way.
- Internal coordination: You support our sales and support teams and ensure that the information flow between departments is smooth and efficient.
- Process development: You get to influence. Do you see a smarter way of doing things? We encourage initiative and new ideas!

- A competitive salary: We offer a fixed and secure monthly salary of 28,000 – 34,000 SEK, based on your previous experience.

- Unbeatable working hours: Work is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, but some days you have the opportunity to flex out and finish as early as 4:00 PM. You also avoid evenings, weekends, and overtime entirely.

We would like you to:

- Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Big plus: If you have previously worked with administration, order management, or customer service, it is considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement. We ensure you get the training and support you need!
