Are you our next Labor Market Consultant?

JobTeam Konsult is now looking for an experienced and driven labor market consultant for our work within Rusta och Matcha.

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with people while maintaining a clear focus on quality, structure, and results. The role suits someone who is self-driven, professional, and confident in guiding participants towards work or studies.

As a labor market consultant, you will work with individual conversations, mapping, guidance, matching, documentation, and follow-up. You are responsible for supporting participants forward in a clear and goal-oriented manner, while working according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements and guidelines.

We are looking for someone who has

• experience with Rusta och Matcha or similar labor market initiatives
• good understanding of the Swedish Public Employment Service's mission and requirements
• experience with documentation, follow-up, and results-oriented work
• ability to build trust and professional relationships
• a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach
• strong desire to contribute to participants achieving work or studies

As a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements:

Option 1:

At least 180 completed university credits (120 credits according to the old system) and at least two years of full-time work experience.

Option 2

At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade, and at least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Supervisory role with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Educational and vocational guidance
• Case management in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
