About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and driven repair technician/service technician with a sense of order and computer skills. You will become part of our team and work closely with us and actively participate in all stages of the rental work.

You will work with our rental range consisting of construction machines, lifts, construction equipment, company cars, etc. The work is varied and you have great responsibility for completing the tasks. You have the opportunity to plan your workdays but must be flexible for urgent changes.

Work duties

You will work with repair, service, technical support, troubleshooting of vehicle electrical systems and hydraulics, etc. The main work will take place at the depot in our workshop but work in the field may also occur. In your role, you will also work with administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, spare parts and inventory items. Loading and unloading machines.

You will assist customers by phone and directly at the depot with instructions, advice and technical support. Reading electrical schematics and solving technical problems in an innovative way is an important part of the tasks.

Work may also involve rental and return handling of machines.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven and engaged in their work. A sense of order, good planning ability and taking responsibility are requirements. You want to develop and can work both independently and in a group. You have a high service sense, interest in machines and like having many balls in the air. You are attentive and accommodating and can communicate with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-oriented and can think outside the box to solve tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and hydraulics and reading electrical schematics.
• B driver's license - manual
• Computer proficiency
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• Experience in service-related work
