Property Manager

We are looking for an employee for our External Services group.

About us;

Samuel Karlsson Properties has been operating for 35 years and manages both large central apartment buildings, smaller apartment buildings, townhouses, and individual villas.

The work team includes property managers, carpenters, painters, electricians, tile layers, craftsmen, cleaners, outdoor maintenance staff, and office personnel. We are currently 14 people in total on the team.

Working with us means having a varied and rewarding job with a service mindset towards our many tenants.

We are looking for;

Primarily, we are looking for someone with both vocational training and experience as a Property Manager - we also welcome all applicants with experience in property management, handicrafts, carpentry to submit their CV to us.

Requirements:

A valid B driver's license is required, as well as proficiency in the Swedish language.
