Release Coordinator

In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring that releases are executed according to the overall plan, with many parallel initiatives and dependencies.

As a consultant, you become a central link between business, IT, and external suppliers, driving release planning, prioritization, and coordination forward. You work operationally in case management systems, lead relevant forums, and ensure that test, change, and release flows function efficiently.

Qualifications – Requirements

• Education in computer science/systems science or equivalent relevant field
• Documented experience as a release coordinator or similar coordinating role
• Experience working at the intersection of business and IT
• Competence in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with navigating complex system landscapes
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams such as development, test, and operations
• Knowledge of pm3 and/or ITIL

Meritorious

• Experience from the public sector
• Background in project management, change management, or business development within IT/digitalization
• Interdisciplinary competence, preferably in social sciences
