Concrete Supervisor for Luleå/Boden

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a supervisor who wants to work closely with daily production while taking greater responsibility for planning, structure, and project follow-up. You will have an important and versatile role where you are both present in production and support project management with administrative and technical tasks.

About the role

As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up production together with the on-site team. You will also work with schedules, documentation, procurement, and continuous follow-up of project progress. The role suits someone who thrives in a practical and operational everyday life but also wants to develop towards a more project engineering role over time. Here you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and gradually take on greater responsibility.

We are looking for you who

• Has experience as a supervisor or similar in construction, concrete, or civil engineering
• Is used to working close to production and leading on-site teams
• Can interpret AMA and AF sections
• Has a good understanding of construction processes and production flows
• Has BAS U and/or BAS P
• Is structured and good at planning and prioritizing
• Is communicative and thrives in a role with many contact points
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Has a driver's license (B category)
• Has concrete class 1 or 2
