Construction Supervisor for Infrastructure Projects – Kiruna

Uggla Engineering AB is seeking an experienced construction supervisor in earthworks and infrastructure for a consulting assignment.

Project start immediately, working hours Monday to Thursday.

You are a confident leader who creates structure, drives production forward, and enjoys combining planning with operational work. You build good relationships and take responsibility for delivering quality, time, and safety.

About the role

You will work on a major infrastructure project in Kiruna together with an experienced team. You are responsible for daily production and ensure that the work follows the schedule, budget, quality, and work environment requirements.

Tasks

• Risk assessments and action plans
• Work environment and environmental plans
• Time planning and resource planning
• Lead daily production
• Safety rounds and safety inspections
• Manage deviations and follow up on schedule
• Shared responsibility for procurement
• Construction meetings and dialogue with clients
• Ensure requirements are met before handover
• Documentation for final inspection
• 
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a construction supervisor in infrastructure
• Knowledge of AMA, MER and AB04/ABT06
• Basic contract law
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (B)
