We are a law firm focusing on financial family law. We deliver high-quality and specialized legal advice to our clients and work with both preventive law and contentious cases. Juristkompaniet is an expanding chain currently with offices in Hudiksvall, Sundsvall, Umeå, Kalmar and Östersund.

About the role:

Juristkompaniet is looking for an attorney for the office in Sundsvall. The business in Sundsvall is run jointly with the office in Östersund, and you will be part of a team of six attorneys, one paralegal, and two administrators.

As an attorney with us, you will have varied and challenging work. Your tasks will include, among other things:

· Legal advice and drafting documents such as wills, division of property agreements, and property transfers.

· Preparation of estate inventories and inheritance settlements.

· Lectures and informational meetings with partners.

Depending on your experience and how long you have worked with us, the role also includes:

· Representing clients in disputes within family law.

· Taking on assignments as estate administrator and property division commissioner.

Who are you?

A law degree is required. We would like you to have two to five years of relevant practical experience in legal work, where experience in family law, procedural law, property law, and tax law is meritorious. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
