We are looking for Danish-speaking employees for an international alarm center in Torrevieja and Fuengirola. Here you will help Nordic travelers who need immediate assistance due to illness, accidents, or other issues during their trip.
About the role
As an Assistance Coordinator, you are the first point of contact when something happens. You handle calls and emails, create a sense of security, and ensure the customer receives the right help quickly.
Your tasks include:
- Assisting customers via phone and email
- Assessing cases and insurance coverage
- Booking medical care, travel, or accommodation as needed
- Collaborating with partners and insurance companies
We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks fluent Danish
- Enjoys helping people
- Is structured and stress-resistant
- Has experience in service, healthcare, insurance, or similar (meriting, not a requirement)
