Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager in Sandviken who enjoys taking responsibility and providing service.

About the role

As Property Manager with us, you are the one who ensures everything works as it should. You are the person our tenants meet in everyday life and the one with the best knowledge of the building's condition. Your role is a mix of practical problem-solving, administration, and social contacts.

Your main tasks:

• Inspection and property management: You conduct regular rounds to ensure that the properties are intact, clean, and welcoming.

• Fault reporting: You receive, prioritize, and handle fault reports – either on your own as a property manager or by ordering services from our partners.
• 
  
• Viewings: When we have available units, you are the one who shows them to potential tenants and tells them about the property's possibilities.
• 
  
• Contractor contact: You act as the client and follow up on work when external contractors are on site.
• Ensure that apartments rented out to companies are presentable.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident "doer" who sees what needs to be done before anyone else does and takes pride in delivering great service. Since the role requires you to handle the building's systems, you need to have a solid technical foundation.

• Technical background: You have experience in property operations, crafts, or other technical background that enables you to understand how a building works.

• Organization: You are structured and find it easy to handle documentation and administrative systems for fault reporting.

• Lack of prestige: No task is too small or too big – you step in where needed to solve the day for the customer.
