Driven Property Manager/Mover Part-time

We are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team in Property & Transport.

Ordning och Reda is on an exciting journey with currently 5 station locations and about 20 employees.

You will primarily work with property management, moving assistance, manual snow shoveling/graveling, and gardening for our customers, where customer contact regularly occurs.

To succeed in the role, you need good physical condition, proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing, and we preferably see that you have experience with similar tasks, especially gardening such as hedge trimming, lawn mowing, operating brush cutters, etc., and that you can take great personal responsibility. If you have a B driving license or brush cutter/chainsaw certificate, that is a big plus.

Placement location Vännäs/Umeå and start immediately. We are initially offering a part-time position of approximately 50% with opportunities to expand to full-time during 2026.
