Your role with us

As an employee, you are an indispensable part of our customers' daily lives. You work in our customers' homes to give them the conditions to live as safe and independent a life as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting interventions.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal assistance, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Social support in the form of respite care, escort (under the Social Services Act), and pleasant company.
• Important social documentation to ensure high care quality in accordance with current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who is driven by providing good care. Since the work is often changing, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.

To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as a care assistant (with at least 800 upper secondary school points from the national vocational package).

We also see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish (oral and written) for confident communication and correct documentation.
• Good familiarity with the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12).
• Previous experience from home care or care work is meritorious, but we warmly welcome newly graduated candidates as well!
