Your role with us

As a employee, you are an indispensable part of our customers' everyday lives. You work in our customers' homes to provide them with the conditions to live as safe and independent a life as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting interventions.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal assistance, shopping, cleaning and laundry.
• Social support in the form of respite care, accompaniment (according to the Social Services Act) and pleasant company.
• Important social documentation to ensure high quality of care in accordance with current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who is driven to provide good care. Since the work is often changeable, you are flexible, solution-oriented and thrive on taking your own responsibility.

To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a fully trained assistant nurse (1500 points from the healthcare program and proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare).

We also see that you have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for safe communication and correct documentation.
• Good knowledge of the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12).
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience from home care or care, but we warmly welcome even those who are newly graduated!
