Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who’s ready to dive into the agtech world and push the boundaries for climate resilience in crops. You will support own our commercial strategy and manage our existing partnerships, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to our market presence and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Ownership of commercial strategy as well as delivery and execution on goals, to drive growth and market penetration aligned with the company strategy.

· Identify new market opportunities and foster strategic partnerships within the seed industry.

· Ensuring the successful delivery of milestones within existing collaborations.

· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including seed companies, agricultural organizations, and research institutions.

· Engage directly with customers and partners including negotiations and sales initiatives.

· Collaborate with partners to coordinate seed production and field trials, aligning them with our commercial goals.

· Work with the R&D team to identify and prioritize effective crop, technology, and market combinations.

· Participate in industry meetings and global partner engagements.

Qualifications

· A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with some real-world experience in business development or partnership management.

· Experience in Breeding, Agriculture, or related fields is a major plus.

· Understanding of the seed sector and its market dynamics.

· Demonstrated ability to support partnership management and coordinate field trials.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.

· Proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus.

· Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
