I am looking for Personal Assistants

I am looking for new personal assistants I am looking for a person who can work every other weekend full days and also extra shifts in case of illness and vacation. Could also suit a pensioner who wants to work a little extra. Looking for a woman who is good at Swedish both spoken and written. Appreciate if you have previous experience in the personal assistant profession as I need help with most things. I who am looking am a woman of 66 years and am wheelchair-bound. Live in Nacka with good bus connections to my home. I am my own employer for my assistants so the salary is somewhat higher than other assistant companies. All employees are covered by collective agreement, wellness allowance and 4.5% pension.
