Wonderful team in Hamstad seeks substitutes

We are now looking for someone who can work as a substitute in one of our lovely assistant teams. The woman who has assistance has muscular dystrophy, which means she uses a wheelchair and a ventilator. As her assistant, you accompany her in her everyday life and provide support with everything from running errands to hygiene and everyday and festive activities.

As a person, she cares a great deal about her staff and believes that good cooperation between her and your new colleagues is important so that everyone enjoys being there.

Who are you?

To be a good fit for the role, we believe you are a humble woman somewhere between 25 and 55 years old. You are easygoing and see the positive instead of the negative. We also believe that you:

• Are calm.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are a non-smoker.
• Have a driver's license.
• Have good physical fitness; manual transfers occur.

Due to the personal nature of the work, we only accept female applicants in this recruitment.

About the position

The position is an hourly employment where you work as needed when regular staff are absent. This means you may be asked to work shifts at both short and longer notice.

We staff around the clock, every day of the year, with a mix of single and double staffing. Regular working hours are 08:00-21:00, 10:00-24:00 and night 21:00-10:00. These times may be adjusted if the need arises.
