Personal Assistant Uppsala

Söderort Assistans AB is a company that provides personal assistance and we are located throughout the country. This position is for Uppsala.

Söderort Assistans AB focuses on quality, and it is important that the user has full participation, self-determination and influence over how their assistance is designed.

As an assistance provider, we work for our users by offering services that are individually designed. We want to help our users live their own lives, the way they want to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. You who are applying for this position should be meticulous, orderly, attentive, flexible and good at taking direction. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. It is important that you take responsibility for your work tasks being carried out, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking your own initiative. It is also important that you are responsive to what the user wants and needs.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any experience, as it is most important that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the work as a personal assistant involves.

As a personal assistant, you will help the user with everything in their everyday life. Your workplace is where the user is, such as in the home and at activities.

You will be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, cleaning, cooking and other household chores.

Working hours vary, and you should be able to work day, evening and night.

You must be able to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing, as we have documentation obligations.
