Personal assistants for a permanent schedule sought for a happy and active boy

We are now looking for more personal assistants for full-time night/part-time day & night for a wonderful boy with lots of energy, joy, and curiosity about life.

He is a happy and lively boy who spreads warmth around him. With his mischievous personality and great interest in what happens around him, he enjoys activities, outings, and being involved in everyday life. He thrives when things happen and appreciates people who offer security, care, and positive energy.

The boy has personal assistance around the clock and primarily needs supervision related to tracheostomy, but also support and help in his daily life based on other needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and has the ability to create calm and safety while also contributing joy, playfulness, and commitment.

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his everyday life and be there to create security, joy, and opportunities for him to develop and have an active life.

Experience from working in personal assistance is meritorious, but personal suitability and the willingness to learn are most important. You will receive introduction and the training needed to feel secure in the work.
