About the organization
JATC Community Health Care has been running LSS activities for 30 years. Our intention is to offer a safe and manageable context with a meaningful everyday life, based on the participant's own unique abilities.
Our target group is young adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities with some activity limitations. We offer a creative holistic concept: housing, daily activities with market-oriented workplaces, and an active leisure time.
Today we have operations in Strängnäs, Järna, Södertälje, Mölnbo, and Nynäshamn. Our clients are mainly municipalities and county councils. The majority of our participants are connected to the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments and the Social Services Act.

JOB DUTIES
You work with people who have intellectual disabilities, autism, or neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
In the residence, you provide the users with support in their daily lives with personal care, service efforts such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, cultural and leisure activities.
The role also includes educational work with the user and ensuring that their need for structure and routines is met. The work is based on a respectful approach and that the user is guaranteed influence over their daily life.
You use the pedagogical methods/tools the company uses, follow up on the efforts provided, and collaborate and coordinate with the team and the participant's network. Documenting in our record system is seen as an important part.

You are curious, responsive, used to routines, and good at planning. You work actively with clear goals and are open and positive. You have the ability to motivate, create good relationships with a solution-focused approach. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You should be a role model and show a good example both in the organization and in society.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Upper secondary education, preferably in health and social care or child and youth social orientation.
· Previous experience from work in LSS activities and with people with activity limitations.
· Experience working with people with epilepsy is a requirement.
· We would like the applicant to have worked with outwardly aggressive people as challenging behavior occurs and to be familiar with low-arousal approach.
· Good computer skills, as we keep records and report time digitally.
· Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
· B driver's license is a requirement.
OTHER
The working hours in our residences are scheduled for evenings and weekends, on-call night and/or awake night. Work during daytime may also occur.
Physical activities with the participants are performed and you should not be hypersensitive to pets.
