We are looking for staff for AG Supported Housing

Do you want to work with adolescents and young adults and help create safety, structure and the path towards a more independent life?

AG Supported Housing is looking for committed and confident staff to work with adolescents and young adults aged 16–20.

The work involves providing individually tailored support in everyday life and helping the residents develop their independence. Your duties will include:

• support with ADL and housing skills,
• school, work and other occupations,
• finances and contacts with authorities,
• social relationships and meaningful leisure time,
• motivation, structure and everyday planning,
• supportive conversations and contact person work,
• documentation and follow-up,
• cooperation with social services and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, flexible and skilled at building relationships and who can combine a professional approach with clarity and warmth.

Relevant education and experience of working with adolescents in, for example, supported housing, HVB, social work or treatment services is an advantage.

The work may involve day, evening and weekend work.
