Cleaning Supervisor for Nordic Lapland Frevisören

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor who wants to be part of our team at Nordic Lapland Frevisören. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of cleaning and quality in our operation, which includes 25 cabins, a reception, and a restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for cleaning our premises.
• Order consumables and linens.
• Plan and schedule cleaning, both regularly and during peak season.
• Train and lead new staff in cleaning procedures.
• Supervise the cleaning team to ensure efficiency and quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning; leadership experience is a plus.
• Is organized and can plan tasks ahead.
• Has good communication skills and can collaborate with others.
• Is responsible and has an eye for detail.
