We are now looking for a childcare worker who wants to become part of our dedicated team at Havets Montessoriförskola in the beautiful natural surroundings of Stenhuggeriet, sister to Kaninens Montessoriförskola

About us

Havets Montessoriförskola is a smaller preschool that becomes a safe place for every child – and a workplace where the staff thrive and feel good.

We work based on Maria Montessori's pedagogy, where the child is given freedom with responsibility and is encouraged to help themselves.

About the position

Together with other colleagues in the work team, you plan, follow up, document, analyze and evaluate the activities systematically and continuously so that they develop in accordance with the curriculum's goals and the preschool's governing documents.

You work in a close team together with dedicated colleagues and contribute to a happy, safe and developing environment for the children.

You actively participate in the development of the activities and have the opportunity to influence content and working methods.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a childcare worker with experience.
• Has a warm commitment to children's development and learning and creates contexts and learning environments where wonder is awakened.
• Is good at creating trusting and secure relationships.
• Can apply your knowledge in a responsible and playful way
• Has knowledge/training in or is curious about Montessori pedagogy
• Is structured, secure and responsive in your leadership.
• Knowledge and interest in outdoor pedagogy.
• Wants to contribute to a collegial and positive work climate.
• Can work independently, enjoys collaborating in a work team and contributing to a good work environment
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language.
