Description

The ski resort Lofsdalen is often called "the small village with the big skiing". Lofsdalen is located in Härjedalen, 500 kilometers from Stockholm. The mountain offers fantastic skiing with Sweden's third-highest vertical drop (492 m) from the summit at 1,125 m above sea level.

Lofsdalen has a heart as its logo. A heart that stands for authenticity, love, passion, personal and genuine commitment. We are a ski resort that touches people and creates unforgettable memories and experiences.


Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar AB operates the ski resort with the help of 9 lifts (including 2 modern 6-seater chairlifts) and 25 runs. In addition to these, we have a sports shop, ski rental, ski school, activities, commercial accommodation, bike park, sky bar, padel hall, etc. We are a total of about 65 employees, of which about 15 are year-round and the rest seasonal. Staff housing is available for rent.

The position starts in mid-December and runs until mid-April.

The ski rental is located in our new Guest Center.

In this large building there is a new ski rental, and in the workshop there is the most modern ski grinding machine on the market.

As a Ski Rental Attendant you should be social, cheerful, committed, stress-resistant, not afraid to work hard, and very service-minded and meticulous.

You should contribute your commitment and smile to our guests' well-being, experiences and memories.

You should be able to interact and communicate with our guests, answer questions and, with a smile, ensure that our guests enjoy themselves.

Our ski and snowboard equipment must be kept in top condition and serviced and maintained.

Our guests can also drop off their own equipment for waxing and sharpening in our workshop.


Merits include: waxing skills, edge and base, sharpening, boot fitting, retail/cash handling experience, alpine or cross-country racing background.
