Workshop Planner with Site Manager Responsibilities Sollentuna

We are immediately seeking a workshop planner with site manager responsibility for our workshop in Sollentuna.

This is a role for you who like to have control over the workshop's daily production, create structure, and make people and workflows work together. You will have a central role in the business with responsibility for both planning, personnel, customer experience, and the workshop's results.

About the job

As a workshop planner with site manager responsibility, you are responsible for planning and steering the daily production in the workshop. You ensure that the right work goes to the right technician, that the workshop's capacity is used efficiently, and that ongoing work is followed up so that the cars are completed according to plan.

You work closely with both technicians and service advisors and have overall responsibility for the daily operations at the facility. An important part of the role is to be present in the business, catch problems early, and ensure that work does not get left standing.

The role includes, among other things:

• Plan and distribute the workshop's daily work
• Optimize occupancy and available workshop capacity
• Follow up ongoing work and ensure an efficient production flow
• Lead, support, and develop employees
• Have personnel responsibility and responsibility for daily operations
• Follow up productivity, sold time, hourly billing, and other important key figures
• Work actively with the workshop's quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Handle deviations and help the organization solve problems that arise during the day
• Ensure that the workshop's processes and manufacturers' requirements are followed
• Together with the service reception, ensure a high level of service to our customers

You need to understand the connection between planning, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role therefore suits you who like to work both operationally and with people and who are not afraid to make decisions.

We are looking for someone who

We would like you to have experience from a car workshop, service market, or similar business. Previous experience as, for example, a workshop planner, supervisor, service advisor, workshop manager, or site manager is meritorious.

You are structured and solution-oriented and have the ability to keep an overview even when the pace is high. You like to lead people and are clear in your communication while contributing to a good work climate.

You have good computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems. We work in Winassist, and previous experience with the system is meritorious. Our systems and the manufacturers' information are in both Swedish and English, which means that you need to be able to communicate well in both languages.

About the workshop

Our facility in Sollentuna is an authorized workshop for Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Saab, and Subaru. We also work with service and repair of other car brands.
