Site Manager

Söderqvist Gräv is growing and is now looking for a site manager who wants to take responsibility, lead with commitment and be involved in influencing and driving our projects forward.

With us, you get a central role in the business where you work closely with site management, skilled workers, customers, subcontractors and suppliers. You will be the one who holds the project together out in production – with focus on quality, finances, schedule and work environment.

About the position

As a site manager at Söderqvist Gräv, you are responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out in a safe, efficient and profitable way.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Plan, lead and follow up the daily production
• Be responsible for the projects' finances, schedule and quality
• Lead and distribute the work within the project
• Coordinate with supervisors, skilled workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Have ongoing contact with customers and other partners
• Ensure that work is carried out according to applicable rules and routines for work environment and safety
• Follow up change and additional works, costs and project results
• Participate in construction meetings and project follow-ups
• Be involved from planning to completion and ensure that the project moves forward

Who are you?

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a site manager, production manager, supervisor or equivalent in groundworks and civil engineering
• Good understanding of contracting and production
• Experience of financial and project follow-up
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
