We are looking for a Claims Adjuster for Hyundai Lund powered by Autogruppen

Hyundai Lund powered by Autogruppen is now looking for an experienced and service-oriented Claims Adjuster for immediate employment.

In this role, you are responsible for managing claims throughout the entire process – from initial customer contact and damage assessment to estimates, dialogue with insurance companies, planning and follow-up. You will be a central link between customer, workshop and insurance partner and ensure that every case is handled professionally, efficiently and with high quality.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the automotive industry, preferably in claims handling or a damage repair workshop
• Good understanding of claims processes and insurance matters
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A strong sense of service and customer care
• Ability to handle multiple cases in parallel while maintaining quality
• Category B driving license
• Required experience with CABAS
• Advantageous if you can work in Kobra
