We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a Consultant Manager who wants to help develop the business with us.

About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you have a central role in the business where you are responsible for recruitment, consultant care, customer relationships, and business development.

You work closely with both consultants and customers to ensure high quality, good well-being, and long-term collaborations.

Your main tasks:

• Recruit and match nurses and doctors to assignments
• Be responsible for onboarding and ongoing follow-up of consultants
• Build long-term relationships with consultants and customers
• Ensure high quality in delivery
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers
• Participate in customer meetings and contribute to the company's growth
• Work with staffing, planning, and coordination
• Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods
