Description

The ski resort Lofsdalen is often called "the small village with the big skiing". Lofsdalen is located in Härjedalen, 500 km from Stockholm. The mountain offers fantastic skiing with Sweden's third highest vertical drop (492 m) from the summit at 1,125 m above sea level.

Lofsdalen has a heart as its logo. A heart that stands for authenticity, love, passion, personal and genuine commitment. We are a ski resort that touches people and creates unforgettable memories and experiences.

Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar AB operates the ski resort with 9 lifts (including 2 modern 6-seater chairlifts) and 25 runs. In addition to these, we have a Sportshop, Ski Rental, Ski School, Activities, Commercial Accommodation, Bike Park, Skybar, Padel Hall, etc. We are a total of about 65 employees, of whom about 15 are year-round and the rest seasonal. Staff housing is available for rent.

The season starts in mid-December and runs until mid-April.

Are you ready for an amazing winter season?

An exciting adventure in a beautiful mountain world, where you get to meet many new people, make friends for life, create your own memories and contribute to our guests' unforgettable memories, and gain work experience from the exciting and growing tourism industry. A winter with snow, mountains, skiing and joy.

Lift Attendant/Park Attendant is a combined role between lift attendant and park maintenance. We currently have 3 parks with different difficulty levels and characters, 1 rail arena and a skicross course that need daily maintenance and inspection.

As a lift attendant you will monitor the lifts and help our guests at the lift stations so that they can get on and off the lift safely and securely.

As a lift attendant, you meet virtually all of the resort's guests and are a very important piece of the puzzle in making them feel welcome, safe and well taken care of during their ski holiday.

As a Park Attendant, you are part of our "park team", which is responsible for maintenance of our parks and our skicross course.

You will of course be involved in building the parks from scratch. The work requires being able to work independently and having an eye for what needs to be done. The work includes, among other things, "shaping" and forming kickers, painting jumps and landings on a daily basis. You work closely with colleagues, the snowcat operators and the Operations Manager and Site Manager.

You should be social, happy, committed, stress-resistant, not afraid of hard work, love being outdoors and be very service-minded. You should contribute your commitment and smile to our guests' well-being, experiences and memories.

You preferably have a genuine interest in skiing/snowboarding and enjoy hanging out in the park on your days off.

Meritorious experience: previous work as a lift attendant, ski instructor or park attendant.

We will call for interviews on an ongoing basis until the end of September. In accordance with GDPR, we reserve the right to retain your application until the positions have been filled.

In your application, we would like to see a cover letter, CV, references and a photo.
