Experienced sushi chef sought for weekend work

Since 2008, Zen Sushi has served high-quality sushi in a stylish and relaxed setting in central Lund. We are now looking for an experienced sushi chef or kitchen staff member who wants to strengthen our team on weekends.

The position suits you if you have previous experience from a sushi restaurant or professional restaurant kitchen and are looking for extra work. Working hours vary between day and evening.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience of sushi or work in a restaurant kitchen – this is a requirement
• Is meticulous and has an eye for quality and presentation
• Enjoys working at a high pace
• Is positive, reliable and takes responsibility
• Collaborates well with others
• Is flexible and able to work on weekends
• Puts the guest experience first

Work duties

• Preparation and processing of ingredients
• Preparation of maki and nigiri
• Cutting and handling of fish
• Cooking rice
• Receiving deliveries
• Other duties that occur in the restaurant kitchen

The position is an on-call extra employment, mainly during weekends.
