Sushi Chef Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous sushi chef to join our team.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working as a sushi chef and be used to working independently in a kitchen. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in sushi, quality, and ingredients, and who always works with precision and good hygiene.

We are looking for someone who:

● Has at least 3 years of documented experience as a sushi chef

● Can prepare sushi, maki, nigiri, and other common sushi dishes

● Has good knowledge of handling and preparing fish, rice, and other ingredients

● Is meticulous and has an eye for quality and presentation

● Is clean and works according to high hygiene standards

● Can handle ingredients safely and correctly

● Can work both independently and with others

● Is stress-resistant and can maintain high quality even when the pace is high

● Is responsible, punctual, and reliable

Work duties

The work includes, among other things, preparing ingredients, handling and cutting fish, preparing sushi, plating, cleaning work surfaces, and ensuring the kitchen maintains a high standard regarding hygiene, quality, and order.
