Customer-Facing Deli Counter Assistant for Artisan Bakery in Mölndal

Customer-Facing Deli Counter Assistant, With this position we are looking for an ambitious candidate who will join a core operations team of 3 people plus 2 extra weekend colleagues — the team on which we build our service and sales. Simply put, the face towards our wonderful customers.

You will work in a 90%+ position; shifts are scheduled on weekdays 06.00–14.00 and 10.30–18.30, and on weekends you work 07.00–16.30. (2 Saturdays and one Sunday out of every three weekends.)

NOTE! Documented experience is required!

*We are a company active within SBK and like to be visible in competition contexts, and we would be pleased to see our production staff take both the Journeyman's Certificate and possibly the Master's Certificate in the future, as well as attend development courses.

Requirements, Must have documented experience from café or restaurant work. The stress level in service can sometimes be high with many balls in the air at once, which is why the person in question must enjoy a high pace and work systematically, and regard hygiene as an extremely important part of their professional pride. The duties are of a traditional kind: making salads, more luxurious sandwich production, sandwich cakes, cash handling, barista skills, etc.

Hygiene, professional pride, and planning and systematic working methods are a given for us, as is Swedish in speech and writing.
