Registered Nurse for a well-functioning psychiatric outpatient clinic
Description
TINA outpatient clinic offers specialist psychiatric outpatient care for patients aged 18 and older, where we assess and treat neuropsychiatric conditions and affective disorders under agreements with Region Halland. We also perform work capacity assessments on behalf of the City of Gothenburg and several neighboring municipalities in the Gothenburg area. Our premises are easily accessible in Billdal, located between Gothenburg and Kungsbacka, and by bus it takes about 15–20 minutes to get here from central Gothenburg.
We keep the patient in focus and take a holistic approach, from referral and assessment to treatment and follow-ups. Many people want to come to our clinic, and we receive positive reviews, which is reflected among other things in patient surveys where we continuously receive high ratings.
We offer:
- An experienced team with good access to doctors and psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, and counselors.
- Great opportunities to steer and plan your own work, with office hours without evening, weekend, or on-call duty
- A smaller organization with greater focus on patient contact than on administration.
- A close-knit atmosphere where all managers are present and work clinically.
- Short decision-making paths where all employees have influence and help contribute to our shared development.
- A positive and open atmosphere where there are always colleagues to consult.
- Low staff turnover and a pleasant work group.
- Collective agreement and generous employee benefits such as wellness allowance and flexible pension.
- Quality and environmental certification according to ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as certification in work environment according to “Great Place To Work”
TINA outpatient clinic has been part of the Equra healthcare group since 2021, which provides specialist care on behalf of regions, organizations, and private individuals. As part of Equra, we combine local decision-making and close patient contact with access to the group's shared resources and expertise.
