Evening Staff Member for Our Operations in Täby!

We are now looking for staff for our home care unit in Täby during evening hours.

Allegio is a family care company that wants to make a difference. Today we have over 2,500 customers from Borås in the south to Östersund in the north who have chosen us as their provider. We offer care and services through assistance decisions or as a RUT service.

Today, at Allegio, we are over 800 employed assistant nurses, care assistants and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – we work continuously with development in our operations and work with quality assurance, including through self-checks.

We offer care and services to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that together we design a safe service that is adapted to needs and wishes. We work actively with a fixed care contact and, in order to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritise small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual; it is important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service.

A driving licence is an advantage.

We would like you to have some previous experience of working in home care or in a care home for the elderly, but this is not a requirement.

It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment of approximately 80%.

It is important that you bring an extract from the criminal record register in the event of employment.

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
