We are now looking for a licensed dental hygienist who wants to grow together with us and become a central part of our continued development!

About the position

As a dental hygienist with us, you will have an independent and varied role with your own patient base and good conditions to plan your working day. Your main focus will be on preventive dental care, periodontal examinations and treatments, and supportive therapy.

You will collaborate closely with our dentists on diagnostics and overall treatment planning. With us, you are given great trust and space to influence your own working methods, the clinic's prophylaxis program, and our joint quality work.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

Examinations, risk assessments, and periodontal diagnostics

Preventive dental care, prophylaxis, and individualized counseling

Treatment and follow-up of periodontal diseases and peri-implant conditions

Depuration, subgingival debridement, and supportive therapy

Professional dental cleaning with modern equipment, including Guided Biofilm Therapy

Local anesthesia and infiltration anesthesia when needed

Clear and educational patient information and motivation

Accurate record-keeping and treatment planning within your area of competence

Active participation in the clinic's quality work through compliance and development of routines, hygiene checks, risk assessments, and incident management

We are looking for someone who

Is a licensed dental hygienist

Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Works independently, meticulously, and with a genuine commitment to the patient's long-term oral health

Has a warm, educational, and confidence-inspiring patient approach

Values good collaboration and contributes with energy, helpfulness, and joy in the team

Has a natural quality mindset and understands the importance of routines, hygiene requirements, and patient safety

Meritorious qualifications

If you have one or more of the following experiences and skills, it is meritorious:

Experience working in general dentistry

Advanced training in radiology and radiation protection

Experience or interest in assignments as hygiene manager, quality representative, or radiation protection officer

Completed courses in patient safety, infection control, and incident management
