As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and are there to provide the support needed in everyday life. The work is based on the client's needs, wishes, and self-determination. It is therefore important that you are responsive and understand that working as a personal assistant means working in another person's home and daily life.
About you
We are looking for someone who is secure, responsible, and flexible. You need to be able to take responsibility while also being good at following routines and instructions. The personal chemistry between client and assistant is very important, and we therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in personal assistance, care, or support, but the right personal qualities and attitude are at least as important.
You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish.
About the position
We are primarily looking for substitutes who can work when regular staff are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, and other leave. It is therefore a big advantage if you are able to step in at relatively short notice.
Working hours may be scheduled during day, evening, and weekend depending on the client's needs and regular staff absence.
The position is an hourly employment/on-demand employment with the possibility of work to varying degrees.

- can collaborate with both the client and other assistants
- can work independently and follow agreed routines
- preferably has the ability to step in for shorter absences
