Colleague at LSS children's home - Värends Nöbbele

Applicants for the position must have education and experience.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required to be able to get to the workplace! The residence is located about 25 minutes south of Växjö.

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education and/or health and social care education such as Assistant Nurse or care assistant/pedagogue, experience and knowledge in work with, among other things, low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy. You also need to have knowledge of TAKK, AAC as we work a lot with structure, schedules and visual supports, including Widgit.

For us, it is important that the children are doing well and receive the right support and care. As a person, you should be calm, secure, stable and kind to the children who live with us. It is important that you are empathetic, relationship-building and have good collaboration skills.

TASKS

The work includes everything from support with health and medical care interventions/medication management, meals, activities, fun and play. Care, help with all personal hygiene is part of the daily work.

In our children's home live 5 fantastic children who need a lot of care, security and a meaningful, developing everyday life.

WORKING HOURS

Day, evening and weekend - irregular working hours, every third weekend.

Scope: 80-100%

Permanent position.
