Personal assistant sought in Mölnlycke

We are looking for a committed and responsible personal assistant for a man in his mid-30s who lives in Mölnlycke together with his family. The man has a physical disability that involves limited mobility.

The work includes, among other things, support with personal care, training, and participation in various activities and social contexts. The support is provided in the home environment, at the workplace, and wherever the service user otherwise is.

The position involves varying shifts during the day and evening, all days of the week. Flexibility is an important part of the assignment, as work at short notice may occur, for example, in the case of sick leave.

We are looking for someone with a stable and professional approach to their work, with the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team. You are responsive, solution-oriented, and find it easy to adapt to changing needs and situations.

Communication takes place in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience of personal assistance and documentation is advantageous, but the greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability, maturity, and commitment.

A category B driving licence is a requirement.

To ensure safety in the operation, a background check is carried out before employment, which means that an extract from the criminal record must be presented in the event of employment.
