On-Call Substitute Daily Activities

DeVebo Omsorg AB offers Daily Activities in Uppsala, with a focus on joy at work, community, and individual development.

Operated in-house, a LOV-procured service with Uppsala Municipality.

There are currently 57 places for people within target group 1, LSS.

We are looking for someone who can step in at short notice as an on-call substitute.

We offer tasks including:

• Animals and Nature

• Property Maintenance

• Transport

• Recycling Work

• Café

• Sensory Experiences

• Elderly Care

We work based on DeVebo Omsorg's systematic quality management system.

Competence: Knowledge and experience of the target group.

Meritorious qualifications: Relevant education, pedagogical or care-oriented. Knowledge of TAKK or AKK.

As a work supervisor, you will support our participants in their daily activities.

This is a job for you who are structured, stable, flexible, and have great patience. The work requires good communication and collaboration skills as well as a pedagogical approach. As a person, you are calm, secure, insightful, and have the ability to create good relationships through a professional approach. You have knowledge of and take a low-arousal approach. You have the ability to contribute to a positive working community with your colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We expect you to have a category B driver's license for a manual car. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is absolutely essential.
