Your duties

Personal service and sales on the shop floor and at the checkout

Active additional and related sales based on the customer's needs

Goods handling, replenishment and display according to the Hemtex concept

Creating and maintaining a welcoming, inspiring and sales-driven store

Working together with the team towards the store's sales goals

Who are you?

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of store salesperson with extended responsibility, we believe you have:

- Previous experience of efficient and optimised store operations.

- You have an understanding of, and the ability to notice and fine-tune, the small details that make the big difference.

- You have documented previous experience of leading others to success, preferably in retail.

- You have a relevant education, for example in sales, leadership or logistics, or otherwise acquired relevant work experience.

- Good financial understanding and good computer skills.

Scope: The position is a permanent part-time employment at 60% at Hemtex in Visby
