Social Media & Store Associate at Scentino

Scentino is looking for a social and creative team member for our store in Örebro!

Scentino is a growing perfume company with a physical store and online sales. We are now looking for an engaged person who wants to be an important part of our team and help us develop our social media, marketing, and customer experience.

About the position

The position is varied and combines social media, marketing, sales, and customer service.

The duties will include, among other things:

• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Film and publish videos, Reels, and posts
• Appear on camera and represent Scentino on social media
• Participate in and conduct live broadcasts
• Present our products in an engaging way
• Keep our social media active and up to date
• Respond to comments and messages
• Assist with marketing and campaigns
• Contribute your own ideas to increase Scentino's visibility
• Welcome and help customers in the store
• Provide professional service and help customers find the right products
• Work with sales and product display in the store

We are looking for someone who is:

• Social, positive, and outgoing
• Confident and comfortable on camera
• Talkative and communicates easily
• Service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Creative and interested in social media
• Proactive and self-driven
• Interested in sales, marketing, and trends
• Good at Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience with social media, TikTok, Instagram, sales, customer service, or content creation is a plus, but personality, drive, and social skills are at least as important.

You need to enjoy being visible on our social media, since an important part of the role is being a public face for Scentino.
