Recruiter - flexible commission-based extra job

Inis Creative AB is looking for a driven and relationship-building recruiter who wants to work flexibly and help build our consulting business.

We are a growing company in digital solutions, web and IT/consulting services. As part of our continued development, we are now looking for a recruiter to help us find the right consultants and candidates for current assignments.

About the role

As a recruiter, you will, among other things:

• search for relevant candidates and consultants

• contact candidates via, for example, LinkedIn and other channels

• make an initial assessment of skills and experience

• conduct introductory calls and interviews

• match candidates to current consulting assignments

• present suitable candidates internally for further handling

• follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to work independently and take your own initiatives.

Experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, IT or the consulting industry is a merit but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right drive and are interested in developing within recruitment.

The role is well suited for you who, for example, are studying, already have another occupation or are looking for a flexible extra job.

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish.

Compensation and flexibility

The role is commission-based, where compensation is linked to successful recruitments and placements. The work can be performed remotely and planned flexibly according to your circumstances.

You will receive support, structure and information from Inis Creative AB and become part of the work to develop our growing consulting business.
