About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced project manager for an assignment with our client, an actor in the public sector. You will lead a sub-project aimed at developing working methods for national situational pictures of medical devices and creating conditions for information sharing with relevant actors in the event of potential shortage situations.

The assignment also includes development and adaptation of system support for situational pictures and environmental scanning.

Areas of responsibility

You are responsible for leading and prioritizing the project's work, following up on goals, timeline, deliveries and budget, as well as identifying and driving solutions to obstacles that arise along the way.

The role also includes reporting within governance and follow-up, as well as close coordination with operations, development teams, management, clients, users and other public actors.

Must-have requirements

• Competence level 3
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• During the past 3 years, have led and completed at least 2 feasibility studies in IT/business development, from problem formulation to decision recommendation
• At least 3 years of experience planning, leading and documenting complex workshops in problem-solving, requirements gathering or process mapping
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with collaboration and reporting to external parties, such as authorities, regions, private actors or suppliers
• At least 5 years of experience in development projects with phased deliveries of IT support
• During the past 3 years, have worked according to established project management models and agile methods in at least 2 assignments

Should-have requirements

• Experience as a project manager in the public sector, with regulatory compliance and collaboration with authorities (more than 3 years gives the highest score)
• Experience with medical devices, environmental scanning of shortage situations or a regulated pharmaceutical/healthcare environment (more than 3 years gives the highest score)
• Experience in crisis management and supply preparedness, for example crisis preparedness, shortage situations, continuity planning or supply chains within socially critical operations (more than 2 years gives the highest score)
• Experience in data sharing and system integration, including requirements specification or implementation of IT support for data sharing, situational pictures or integration between organizations/systems (more than 2 years gives the highest score)
