Property Caretaker

We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to develop property services together with us.

You will be part of our field service team. We are constantly working to develop and improve the service we provide to our tenants and clients.

Your duties are varied and include exterior and interior maintenance, receiving and handling fault reports, as well as planning and carrying out minor repair work in the properties. You manage the ongoing maintenance of the properties you are responsible for and work proactively. You work independently as well as in a team with your colleagues to find solutions. The position involves continuous contact with tenants and contractors.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a property caretaker or has otherwise acquired knowledge in the field. You have the ability to see the customer's needs and find solutions to the challenges that arise in the properties. You have a genuine interest in property services and a desire to develop within the profession. The position is full-time.

A category B driving licence is required.

In your professional role, you are driven by carrying out work of high quality, keeping the properties clean and tidy, and maintaining a high level of service towards tenants and property owners. You work efficiently and have a good ability to plan and prioritise your work.
