Service Electrician in Solar Power and Battery Storage aSolar AB

aSolar AB is a growing energy company based in Alingsås. Since its start in 2019, we have helped private individuals, businesses, and property owners with modern energy solutions in solar panels, battery storage, EV charging boxes, and smart energy management.

Our assignments are mainly in Västra Götaland, Halland, and Jönköping County. We are now looking for a self-driven service electrician who wants to work with the energy systems of the future and become an important part of our team.

About the role

As a service electrician at aSolar, you will have a varied and responsible role where you work with commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on solar panel installations, inverters, battery storage, and EV charging boxes.

You plan your assignments together with our project management and work both independently and together with our installation teams. The role involves regular customer contact, which makes it important that you are solution-oriented, clear, and professional.

Your duties

• Commissioning of solar panel installations, inverters, and battery storage
• Service and troubleshooting of existing energy installations
• Installation and connection of battery storage and EV charging boxes
• Measurement, inspection, and optimization of installed systems
• Rectification of faults and remarks
• General electrical installations and service work
• Performing self-inspections
• Documentation and reporting of completed work
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and project management
• Ensuring that work follows applicable regulations and the company's procedures

We are looking for someone who

• Is a fully trained electrician
• Has experience of installation or service work
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your assignments
• Is used to troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys customer contact and provides a professional response
• Speaks and writes Swedish
• Has a B driver's license

Experience of solar panels, battery storage, inverters, EV charging boxes, or backup power is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have worked with commissioning and digital monitoring of energy systems.
