We are looking for a technically skilled production manager

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, organized and solution-oriented and who enjoys working close to production. You easily collaborate with others, while being confident in taking responsibility, leading and distributing work when needed.

In the role, it is important that you can see and understand the entire production flow – from planning and preparations to production and finished product. You should be able to identify problems, prioritize correctly and contribute to making production run as efficiently and structured as possible.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good technical understanding and is comfortable with machines and production equipment.
• Understands production flows and how different parts of production affect each other.
• Is organized and structured and can plan work efficiently.
• Can lead, distribute and follow up on work in production.
• Is a team player and finds it easy to collaborate and communicate with colleagues.
• Is solution-oriented and can act quickly when problems arise.
• Takes responsibility and works to maintain quality, pace and order throughout production.
