Hotel Receptionist

We are now looking for a hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby.

Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 hotel rooms.

A permanent employment is offered. Working hours are varied and evenings and weekends are included.

Our PMS is called Mews and we have Vingcard.

We have a collective agreement. Salary according to agreement.

For this position, we require that you can speak and write both English and Swedish.

Tasks

The tasks are customary reception duties such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, cleaning.

Being able to serve food and beverages and assist with breakfast is part of the job. We are also looking for employees who can work weekdays and also weekends.

Qualifications:

- can express yourself flawlessly in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

- has good computer skills, masters Microsoft Office and also has knowledge of one or more booking systems, we use MEWS.

- is service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative and who likes to do that little extra

- can work independently

- has a few years of experience from hotel reception
