Warehouse Worker wanted for heavy and physical warehouse work

At Blå Bemanning & Rekrytering, we are now looking for willing and physically strong warehouse workers for our partner company.

About the job

This is a physical and at times heavy warehouse job for someone who enjoys working with their body and is not afraid of hard work.

During the morning, the work largely consists of emptying trailers of goods. This involves a great deal of lifting, carrying and moving goods for a large part of the working day.

In the afternoon, the work shifts more towards unpacking, sorting and placing the goods in the right location. You therefore need to be able to switch between different tasks while maintaining a good pace and accuracy in your work.

The work is repetitive and physically demanding, which means we are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude and who is used to carrying and handling heavier goods over longer periods.

You do not need extensive warehouse experience – the willingness to work, a good work ethic and experience of physical work carry a lot of weight.

Tasks

• Empty trailers and unload goods
• Lift and carry goods for most of the working day
• Sort and place goods in the right location
• Unpack goods
• Replenish and organize the warehouse
• Ensure that goods are handled correctly
• Maintain order and structure in the workplace
• Work efficiently together with colleagues

About you

We are looking for someone who has the willingness to work and enjoys a physical job.

You are used to using your body in your work and are able to carry and lift heavier goods repeatedly throughout a working day. You need to be persistent, willing to work and able to maintain a steady pace even when the work is demanding.

It is important that you are structured and meticulous, as the goods must be handled and placed in the right way. At the same time, you need to be able to work efficiently and understand the importance of keeping up the pace.

For the right person, this is a good job if you like practical work, being active and feeling that you have done a proper shift when the working day is over.

• Good physical ability
• Experience of carrying and lifting heavy items repeatedly
• High work ethic and willingness to work
• Meticulous and structured
• Able to handle physical work at a high pace
• Swedish in speech and writing
