About the assignment

We are looking for a test lead with good collaboration skills for a development team working with store-oriented back-office solutions at our client, a company in retail.

In this role, you will work with systems that support several of the processes required in daily store operations, such as assortment management and item, price, and shrinkage management. You will be part of a test team but collaborate on a daily basis closely with a development team consisting of developers, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Tech Lead.

Areas of responsibility

You lead and take ownership of the testing work in your area and plan the work in close dialogue with the team and other testers. Together you identify scope, plan tests, and ensure efficient test execution.

Requirements

• Experience planning, creating, and executing test cases
• Good experience with integration testing
• Experience with user interface testing
• Experience working agile
• Communicative and structured disposition
• Good ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your area
• Accustomed to handling periods of high pace and intensive testing
• Experience working in Jira

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Playwright
