Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an independent and meticulous air balancing technician with experience in ventilation systems. You will work with balancing air flows in both new construction and renovation projects, where quality, accuracy, and technical understanding are crucial for a successful result.

Examples of tasks:

• Balancing of ventilation systems
• Measurement and control of air flows
• Balancing according to the proportional method
• Documentation and record-keeping
• Troubleshooting and optimization of ventilation systems

We have a collective agreement with SEF and offer our employees fair working conditions and opportunities for development! The work is full-time, daytime. Start as soon as possible or according to agreement.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is an air balancing technician and has at least 2 years of experience in the field and is eager to take the next step, to a company that puts great effort into further developing you and giving you the right conditions to thrive.

In addition to your previous professional background, we see that you are meticulous and social. In your work, you will have customer contacts and your ability to create good relationships is of great importance. You find it easy to plan and prioritize your work. You enjoy working both independently and together with others.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an air balancing technician in ventilation
• Good knowledge in adjusting air flows according to the proportional method
• Driver's license (B)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
